Ana Hachiman Shrine
It is a shrine located not far from Waseda University. It has been built since 1636. It is considered one of the most ancient shrines. Students of Waseda University often come to wish for fulfillment, study, examination, and work because it is believed that the gods of this shrine will grant their wishes.
Koami Shrine
This ancient shrine is located in the center of a business district like Nihonbashi. Koami Shrine is a small old shrine located in the center of Nihonbashi district, Tokyo. Here you can worship the god Ukanomitama or Inari of harvesting, good fortune, and trade, Ichikishimahime no Kami or Benzaiten, and Fukurokuju. Meiji Jingu Shrine in the Shibuya area has a 100-year-old shrine like Meiji Shrine where tourists can come to pray in a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, there is also an arch for hanging Ema wooden planks for wishes. You can buy a plank for 500 yen to write down a wish and hang it. Near the sacred tree, there is a wish paper on which you can write your wishes and put them in an envelope to directly send to the gods as well. The cool atmosphere and the magic of the Meiji Jingu Shrine make this place often a venue for many ceremonies.
Tokyo Daijingu Shrine
It’s a Tokyo Shrine to pray for love. On New Year’s Day or Valentine’s Day, the shrine will be filled with couples and young singles wishing for a happy love life. The god of this shrine is the god of love. The shrine is also famous for its amulets that promote love, both marriage and life partners. This shrine also predicts love accurately.
