There is no minimum amount for currency exchange. However, there is a condition of not exchanging Thai baht for foreign currency more than 800,000 baht daily. Conversely, there is no limit on exchanging foreign currency for Thai baht.

Foreign coins can not be exchanged, only banknotes can be exchanged.
